Life in the Land is a documentary film and podcast series that shares stories of those who interact with the complexities of Montana’s land, waters, and communities, looking at the success and value in collaborative & locally-led initiatives. Hear unique perspectives from local leaders, scientists, ranchers, and more from within Montana’s rural and tribal communities. Witness the work that is fostering resilient communities and landscapes for all life to thrive. This content is free and available for public use, so please use the films to kick off workshops, meetings, and community discussions, or use the films and podcasts within curriculum as you see fit.

This project is a partnership between Stories for Action media and a steering committee of folks from around the state that includes individuals and entities associated with watershed groups, agriculture, tribal communities, community leadership, conservation, and more.
